我們家有兩個小朋友都是在石醫師這邊做矯正,效果很好,做得很漂亮, 每次去看診的時候,都會很有耐心地做詳細衛教,所以到矯正完成後,都沒有蛀牙,而且小朋友的衛生習慣也變得非常好,矯正極力推薦傑出牙醫。

臨時牙痛常去的醫院沒開,看到石醫生評價還不錯先去看看 沒想到大失所望。碰到的櫃檯人員態度是很好 跟我說人多要等 但一定會排到。 中間有幫我穿插看一下,石醫生我知道真的很忙也許真的有專業但「態度超不耐煩 」中間對護理人員也不是很好 已經照了全口x光 他也很清楚知道問題在那裡 跟我說蛀很深 。我心想一定深才那麼痛啊 不然幹嘛急著來? ❗️「已經說是哪一顆 就說很痛了還拼命敲 至少敲了3次以上 痛死頭都轉過去了 還叫我再看一次 ,再敲3次 是怎樣?」❗️ 最後去忙別的客人,叫另一個醫生幫我處理解說,我就被丟包了 還好後來女醫生很溫柔有慢慢處理 ,也能體諒我蛀很深的痛。 但我感受已不舒服 別人有預約你可以先看別人,我說可以等了 沒必要急著亂敲亂打 我當下只是想先減緩疼痛 二顆星??給櫃檯 服務助理和後來處理的醫生! 第一次想去的人 請慎重考慮醫生?‍⚕️ 不會再去了!!! PS 還好今日有護理人員非常好 打來再三致歉 !

國中就在傑出牙醫矯正過一次, 但是因為沒有好好戴維持器, 後來牙齒歪掉決定重新做一次隱適美矯正, 這次還是選擇熟悉的傑出牙醫診所, 甚至還帶老公一起矯正, 但是真的是最後悔的決定, 也很對不起老公. 1. 每次即使有預約時間, 也常常需要等待30分鐘以上, 有時候還要特地去催促才可以看診, 時間觀念有問題的事情發生過非常多次, 即使反應過好幾次, 也常常遇到預約還要等待超過半小時的問題, 這次12/14看診更是離譜, 等了半小時最後終於弄完之後, 石醫師過來跟我說“以後不要約禮拜二, 禮拜二醫生只有一個很忙”, 但是是診所跟我約禮拜二的, 甚至不是我提的這個時間. 2. 石醫師對牙醫助理的態度非常差, 12/14這天去診所, 石醫師一直對助理大小聲, 同樣的要求一直重複"先照後面", 黏個attachments重複這句話大概十次, 明明助理都已經收到這個資訊了. 還在患者面前跟助理吵架, 黏attachments黏一個半小時, 邊年邊碎念助理, 奇怪, 患者為什麼要承受醫師的負面情緒呢? 3. 石醫師在黏attachments的過程中很粗魯, 有些器械放在我(患者)的胸口我覺得可以理解, 但是石醫師有好幾次器械都是用"丟"的丟在我胸口, 把我當桌子用嗎?後來在磨牙齒的時候還磨到我的嘴唇, 很不舒服!!! 4. 我跟老公在傑出牙醫矯正超過一年了, 最近大概10月的時候覺得有蛀牙,就預約洗牙跟看蛀牙, 結果診所跟我老公說健保洗牙還沒超過半年, 還不能報洗牙健保喔, 但是這一年間, 我們沒有任何一次受到醫師的洗牙, 不管是哪一個醫師都沒有幫我們洗牙過, 每次隱適美回診, 都是牙醫助理幫忙清理牙齒的, 不知道為什麼沒有醫生洗牙卻可以拿我們去報健保? 10月去補牙齒才發現有9顆蛀牙, 矯正這一年完全沒有醫師幫忙注意這部分, 是要我們做完矯正牙齒都爛掉嗎?就算矯正醫師跟口腔保健的醫師負責的人不一樣, 但可以提醒患者去洗牙跟補蛀牙吧?如果今天我沒有特別注意到蛀牙, 是不是就一直這樣到隱適美療程結束? 5. 我老公的隱適美第一套戴到後面不太合, 有跟醫師還有助理反應, 有個助理還說出很荒謬的話說, 把attachments拿掉就可以了, 如果真的這麼簡單那為什麼還要重新口掃做第二套... 如果時光可以倒流, 真的會選擇其他診所....真的不推薦大家在這間診所做矯正. My husband and I have been at an outstanding dentist for more than a year. Recently, I felt that there was tooth decay in October. I made an appointment for dental cleaning and dental decay. The clinic told my husband that the health care cleaning has not been more than half a year, and I can’t apply for cleaning. Dental health insurance, but in this year, we have not received a doctor's teeth cleaning once, no matter which doctor has not helped us to wash our teeth, every time invisible beauty comes back to see, it is the dental assistant to help clean the teeth, I don’t know Why can we report to the health insurance if there is no doctor to clean the teeth? 原約20:00魏醫師洗牙,坐上去椅子前還發現上位病人的牙線在椅子上…..由護士重新清潔後等了一會,因前一個病人delay看診時間,大約在20:25開始洗牙(之前有些前置作業由護士幫忙完成)也一直跟我說抱歉不好意思耽誤,但洗不到三分鐘就結束了!非常隨便倉促且粗魯,醫師說是因為我牙齦發炎的問題一直流血,整個牙齦腫脹漱口漱了很久?。這時,醫生也沒說什麼就直接去接待下一個原約20:10的洗牙病人。 從小看到大的傑出牙醫診所第一次遇到這麼粗魯的洗牙方式…實在很失望,雖後續護士有衛教並道歉說以後會注意,但整個過程還是一個非常糟糕的經驗,給大家參考。
