★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接近這棟公寓要小心呦，它們的管委會會跟你收一些莫名的費用。而且不是當下講清楚，都是事後突然衝出來跟你收，有點像觀光區的詐騙集團，蠻嚇人的。
 Be careful when approaching this apartment, their management committee will charge you some inexplicable fees. And it's not clear at the moment, it's all suddenly rushed out to you after the event, a bit like a fraud group in a tourist area, quite scary.
