★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在內湖區開業很久的一間電器行，生意一直很不錯，雖然不會因為我的一則留言讓他們衰退，但是還是站在內湖人的立場提醒街坊鄰居們。
有晚打電話來說，現在要派師傅過來看後估價，請我們在家等，整晚師傅沒來也沒來電，回撥電話三次也不接，還沒安裝就這樣，安裝後的售後服務肯定卸責，不推！

交手過程不贅述（冷氣），直接點出問題點
1.約技師現場場勘要三催四請，催了一個禮拜最後居然跟我說漏單了
2.場勘後說回去會報價又拖了一禮拜，結果跟我說無法施工
3.中間過程推拖拉從不主動來處理事情
這間店的整個服務流程都讓人非常不愉快，也似乎不把客人反映當一回事，身為內湖在地人直接列拒絕往來，請三思

多一篇一星應該也不會影響生意，只是給注重服務的消費者多一些參考，很多時候便宜不一定是最好

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看了網路對此店評價不一，我是老內湖人，買新居購入家電，是找他們服務，其實當時感覺就不錯，後來有一年冬天熱水器壞了，打電話過去，其實已經超過晚上6:00，他們聽到孩子因為沒熱水洗澡，真的馬上請師傅調貨處理，這次洗衣機壞了，也因為知道小孩一堆制服要洗，也是很快幫忙調貨處理。
其實到過他店裡都知道他們生意應接不暇，很難照顧到每個客人，其實如果願意等一下，他們的服務與解說是很讓人舒服?
