★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在健康便當整個新起，已吃過無數家，比起來，享蒔有稍微貴一些些，但很值得！主食料理相當有水準，配菜也新鮮好吃！！已經吃上幾回，應該會變常客了！由於餐點是現點現作，所以就算前面沒客人，依舊須等上四五分鐘，店員有建議可以預先來電點餐省去等候時間！服務態度親切熱情~~此店值得十星！！??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老闆你們的健康餐也太讚了，今天要去爬山意外google到，享蒔（4.9分）雞胸肉飯盒（紐奧良跟咖哩都好吃）現做軟嫩不柴份量還蠻多，搭配三種米紅米糙米白米（軟硬剛好）配菜清爽小白菜（還加薑絲讓清爽的青菜味覺提升）高麗菜等，價錢合理，可來試試看喔

每道菜的品質都很好！雖然價位不算便宜，但是食材的處理跟選用都很棒，葉菜類很脆不會爛爛的（超重要?）
吃過咖哩雞跟牛肉口味，都非常推薦?
建議可以提前跟他們預訂，現場等比較久

Have tried curry chicken and beef flavors, they are highly recommended ?

配菜都是原型食物蔬菜，種類多，份量給的也多。
雞胸肉嫩不乾柴，香辣、紐奧良及咖哩都是簡單調味，不是過多醬料醃製。
My current favorite healthy meal kit.
The side dishes are all prototype food vegetables, with many types and large portions.
The chicken breast is tender but not dry. Spicy, New Orleans and curry are simply seasoned, not marinated with too much sauce.
