電梯經常維修，廁所經常堵住，交屋後一樓地板曾經滲水、牆壁出現裂縫。
一樓入口自動旋轉門反應不靈敏(行走不順暢)，且兩側推拉門的重量也滿不友善的。電梯很慢，且除了一樓之外看不到電梯所在的樓層，等待時間既久，又無法得知電梯到哪裡，以評估等待時間，一層樓的距離比心的距離還遙遠(樓層之間往來只能透過電梯)。
作為新設計的大樓，算是有較多改善空間
