Does DBS customer service need to memorize its own contact information? Calling customer service and getting the wrong information is really dumbfounding!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這幾天早上都有星展銀行的業務一直打電話來，我只好裝who's call的app。結果剛剛有幾通未顯示來電的打來，我一接通就立刻掛上電話，10分鐘以內就有3通一模一樣的電話打來。我就請我同事以未顯示打給我試試看，結果都是正常的。我很懷疑是星展銀行的業務在亂打。就麻煩請你們星展銀行的高層查明一下。
In the morning, DBS Bank’s business has been calling, so I had to install the who's call app. As a result, there were just a few calls that didn't show the incoming calls. I immediately hung up the phone as soon as I got through. There were 3 identical calls within 10 minutes. I asked my colleague to give me a try and the result was normal. I very much suspect that DBS Bank’s business is violent. Just ask your DBS executives to find out.
