★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2/1用熊貓外送叫蛋炒飯+鍋燒意麵，13:10收到，因工作忙到16:10才打開來吃，鍋燒意麵吃了一半才發現蟑螂跟蟑螂蛋…噁心到去吐了二次……
打電話跟店家反應，店家回覆=>他們已經定期（點藥）…他們也很無奈…還要求我體諒他們？？
還說=>下次訂餐，再扣還款項給你…
角色互換…請問有人會再訂一次嗎？？
我能體諒大家的辛苦…我也只要求退當天款項…
難道…要身為消費者的我，去通報衛生局來處理…才會有人理我嗎…

我們也是有詢問熊貓，熊貓回覆是店家在準備餐點，如果因此錯怪你們，跟你們道歉，但說實在的不是我們逼你們跟熊貓合作，我們就是等了兩個鐘頭還沒飯吃的人，沒人來接餐是熊貓的問題，而你們拒接還要被罰錢又要被客人罵，那你們繼續選擇跟熊貓合作的意義是什麼？
既然覺得平台商那麼爛，就不要接了吧。
補回三顆星，祝生意興隆。

如果訂單量太多，店家可以不要接單，避免浪費彼此時間呀！

2.店家在西湖市場二樓，可使用手機(街口支付、LINE PAY一卡通)付款，很方便。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 参考了谷歌上的相片菜單，感覺應該是還可以便入內用餐，點了一份鮭魚蛋炒飯，一份午仔魚套餐，感覺還不錯吃耶，午仔魚煎的香酥脆肉鮮嫩（只是魚比較小條??）鮭魚炒飯不會油膩但是沒附湯品或飲料，只有茶桶茶。基本上還可以啦～但店家的服務態度可能要再溫和些
