站在外面等了快10分鐘還在裡面用飲料，
完全沒有要鳥我的意思
我只能拍拍屁股走人
不賣的話建議收一收好好賣飲料
以免造成負面影響

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次買了鐵觀音奶茶（微糖），喝了第一口還以為喝錯，整個茶澀味爆表，嘴巴滿滿都是苦味，真的很誇張，後來打給店家詢問，結果店家只回答，這是老茶，本來就會苦澀了，我們老客戶很愛苦澀呀
我整個無言，除了店家態度外，品質也讓人卻步，最後跟同事的二杯茶，整個倒掉！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外送員說是店家沒寫號碼給錯餐點，店家說是外送員拿錯，兩邊都在推託，我們點鐵觀音珍奶跟檸檬三姐妹，送來奶綠跟四季春會不會太誇張，而且上面寫現場，明明跟外送就差很多，這兩杯我付了140元，最重要的是一直在那邊推託，兩邊都沒跟都消費者一個道歉，態度還有夠差，真的1星都不想給。

週末晚上去一位客戶都沒，看到老闆一個人在前面用滷味（好像用外送的訂單）
看了一下飲料菜單，老闆完全沒有招呼態度也不佳，問了一下我要喝什麼？
我回答以後一句回應都沒有！？
站在原地一下子老闆娘還是女員工才出來
又再度我一次要喝什麼？
奇怪這家飲料店幾乎每天營業也都開很晚
不就想盈利多一點嗎？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一杯翡翠檸檬，沒開封，結果容量也少太多了吧…難怪連鎖店一家一家倒…也謝謝西湖店讓我下定決心不再喝清玉，至少不喝北部的，去台中還是會考慮一下
