態度非常差,臉非常臭,走進去還未開口老闆直接說我很忙沒空 如果真的很不缺錢就不需要開店 如果不想做生意就拉鐵門,不要讓客人走進去莫名被轟出來 還斗大的寫上服務,服務的意思是趕客人走?

店員態度惡劣,只是問是否可以幫忙掃描,擺出一副別人欠他幾千萬的樣子,已列拒絕往來戶

第一次來店裡消費,認真覺得店員服務態度差,一開始打電話詢問價錢,還沒講幾句就被掛電話,真的不值得讓顧客跑來這裡消費。

因為第一次在這家店消費,所以先打電話給店家問消費流程,殊不知直接被店員沒耐心地砲轟,而且一直不說明消費流程,就直接開始大吼並直接掛電話,態度真的是我有史以來看過最差的。之後如果看到微胖的女店員在店內,請三思再進入消費。

服務人員極度不友善,只不過就護貝個幾張紙,居然要我等三天才能交件,已經表明急用,還一直說很忙沒辦法,是能有多忙?幾分鐘的散客都不願意接,這種服務態度給一顆星都嫌太多!(看到了業主的不友善回應,我也無言了,希望貴公司能夠所有的生意都不要接了!)(看到了店員的字字血淚,業者!你已經違反了勞基法,讓你的員工超時工作,沒休息,沒吃飯,甚至連廁所都沒上,這種血汗公司,居然還能生存,台灣社會的悲哀呀!)

我就是店員,這裡的一顆星幾乎都跟我有關。 前幾天老闆問我今天有人評一顆星,是不是發生什麼事了。我今天才忍不住上來看。 很難過,這些一顆星是不是永遠不會消失,像烙印一樣。 對不起,機器全開聲音太大,我會用吼的表示我聽不清楚。對不起,思考問題習慣放空,不是故意不馬上回答問題。對不起,太忙太累或身體不舒服的時候,我沒辦法擠出笑容。對不起,機台上堆滿東西時,我沒辦法掃描或紙本影印。對不起,一天接太多來來回回詢價又不印的電話,我會煩躁。對不起,排滿滿的行程突然一個插件,我會焦慮。對不起,忙了一整天終於出貨,累到脫力無腦時,真的沒辦法接case,被罵不幫忙時,只剩擺擺手點頭的力氣。對不起,我拒絕您的急件,是真心覺得比起整天沒吃飯沒喝水沒力氣還有一堆趕件壓力快爆表的我,直接找下一家有空的店會快一點。 很感謝老闆跟老闆娘的體諒。沒有責怪我,知道我難過還出面這樣回應。 對於客人您來店裡有一顆星的體驗,我真的很抱歉,希望您評完後心情有好一點,急件在別處已經順利解決。 我以後應該不會上來看評論自虐了,我不是天使,個性也不是很有耐性,但是不是可以為我自己這十年的工作表現打五顆星!
