★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前成功在舊址就曾看過診，只是不常看耳鼻喉科，這一次是經朋友介紹我來看鄒醫生的診，今晚是回診看第二次，但等待看診發生一連串讓我深切感到不可思議，我事先電話已預約看診號碼，約晚上8點多到診所當時看診號顯示到23號但就此卡住，因為鄒醫生完全不顧現場等待看診民眾，卻自顧連續一直視訊問診，讓現場看診民眾一直等待約到十點都還沒叫號，且他視訊時整間診所都聽到他大聲問診且核對說出確診者姓名身份證住家地址等，坐在外面等待患者都聽得一清二楚，後來我看到前面不耐等待的患者就去櫃檯辦理取消，當時快十點我也實在無法再等待了，就告知護士小姐說我只拿藥即可，拿了藥單就衝衝到藥局領藥，拿到藥後正要離開了，看到護士衝忙趕來說藥單拿錯了，這又讓我感到不可思議，藥局人員已經拿藥給我了，也不知道是給錯人了，怎麼會有這烏龍事件發生呢？簡直太離譜，護士小姐為什麼知道拿錯藥，是因為前面拿到錯藥單的先生發現不是他的再返回問護士，這位護士小姐才發現拿錯單趕緊跑來跟我換藥單，這整個流程是成功耳鼻喉科螺絲鬆了嗎？這整個標準作業程序SOP都沒遵守，發生如此重大失誤，所以在此呼籲大家多留意一下藥單是否正確，總之這次整個看診過程讓我感到錯愕不已！
