服務人員態度很好,印出來的顏色也還不錯。 只是檔案初審沒有收到商家反應可能存在的問題,收到合格通知後付了款,得到的東西卻完全不能用 (三邊有白邊)。價格雖然很便宜 (100g 雙銅紙 1000 張加裁切才 700 多元),但還是希望專業印刷商家對於潛在不合格、非專業人員提供的檔案能反應一下問題或狠心退稿。不然非專業的消費者還是寧願多付一點錢得到好的成品。

After receiving the notification of conformity, the payment was made, but the things obtained were completely unusable (white borders on three sides). Although the price is very cheap (100g double copper paper 1000 sheets plus cutting is only 700 yuan), but I still hope that professional printers can respond to the problems or return the manuscripts with regard to the files provided by potential unqualified and non-professionals. Otherwise, non-professional consumers would rather pay a little more to get a good finished product.

1/5下單,工作天6-7天可以接受,但7個工作天後訂單仍無消無息,主動電話聯絡後,對方才告知機器壞掉,所以要再等一個禮拜,說了一句抱歉,就沒有了。 1. 這種狀況不是應該主動告知?所以今天假如我們一直沒有聯絡,廠商就會假裝沒這件事發生嗎? 2. 比原訂時間多了一個禮拜,得來的只有一句抱歉,卻沒有任何實際補償行動;再看到評價很多都是客戶想要急速件,廠商就有求必應,不免覺得:所以默默無聲的客戶權利就會被犧牲? 因為還沒拿到實品,只能就目前的服務狀況評一星,後續狀況會再更新。
