The spring room type has a desk and the office is very comfortable...but the building manager has a very bad attitude...It’s very rude to the guests of the Spring Business Club...I don’t respect it...I feel like a second-class citizen to the public office.

관리자들도 매우 친절합니다.
하지만, 관리비가 비쌉니다. 내부 수영장을 전혀 이용하지 않습니다. 너무 작거든요. 그래서 관리비가 부담스럽습니다. 수영장을 사용하지 않는 사람은 관리비를 줄여줬으면 좋겠습니다.
I live on the eighth floor. I am very satisfied.
The managers are also very friendly.
However, management costs are expensive. Do not use the internal pool at all. It's too small. So the administrative fee is burdensome. If you do not use the swimming pool, I would like to reduce the maintenance fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartments...They provide proper kitchen, refrigerator,microwave, utensils, washing machine etc...You can cook if you have issues with non veg food around

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small room, only one chair. Going in and out of bath tub are danguous because the bath tub pony wall is very tall. i doubt the bath tub meets the building codes.
