好險我不知道那位服務人員的姓名!
107兩年前買的xoxo的美容卷進行主要課程,
在那次的服務裡就可以感覺ㄧ直推銷課程
於是覺得不舒服就不再去⋯⋯(我還有很多課程)
兩年後109又再次的邀約(其中我接過兩次詢問也算Call客要推銷的,我說過感覺不好就沒去了)
前兩個月又來電約我再去進行!我忙碌沒辦法赴約~
ㄟ!也就無聲無息了⋯⋯⋯⋯
沒想到我這次的赴約!
徹底讓我對愛爾麗美容診所失望!徹底絕望!
ㄧ進美容室,美容師討論進行剩下的課程
這位不會聊天的美容師,
美容師說:「妳很久沒來了耶107,還有去其它地方嗎?」
我:「有」
美容師:「有做什麼課程嗎?」
我:「都有!很多」
美容師:「那我們之前的效果如何?」
我:「忘了耶」,
美容師:「那妳還有想要再買之前做的音波課程嗎?」
我:「目前還不考慮」,
再來就沒話說了!
這就算了!
重點洗臉還ok~
開始保濕導入,將精華液直擠在臉上,
用機器粗魯的滑動,(第一次感覺這麼粗魯)
然後敷面膜!重點就是敷面膜!
幫我敷完面膜人就消失了!
我臉上的面膜敷到乾了!
敷了半個多小時~
我受不了了⋯⋯面膜取下
整理之後去櫃臺詢問這是正常的嗎?
並且找主管,陳述過程
這位美容師若沒有心想服務客人
請不要做美容業!
若不會聊天關心客人的膚質給建議
請不要做美容業!
因為妳ㄧ點也不專業!
沒辦法退費也就算了
剩下的都贈送的⋯⋯⋯
我也就不要了
雖然主管說可以轉給我的朋友去做
我自己感覺都很差了!
還要轉給我的朋友用?
我想都是不智之舉!

這位員工(美容師)不改變她自己
