參加北海道五日遊,導遊邱小姐很棒,因爲當時不舒服沒辦法看函館夜景,導遊很細心的關心,也介紹很多日本歷史讓旅行者可以更深入當地,推薦雄獅

本人於2019/07/25參加貴公司團號19JS725ITG5日本松島游船、奧入瀨溪流五日行程 感謝貴公司業務陳亞喧小姐熱心負責的服務,貴公司行程安排、餐食、住宿皆十分滿意,但領隊陳柏x服務態度極差,回應團員語言尖酸刻薄,對客人說:妳很膚淺!妳神經病啊!妳眼睛有問題啊!愛計較就去自由行.... 有團員建議多介紹風景,不要一直批評他團團員的購物習慣,陳領隊回:「下午沒行程!沒什麼好介紹不然麥克風給妳!不愛聽就不要聽啊!」(明明還有秋田烤玉米和酒廠的行程)如此無禮強悍! 陳領隊從不巡房,因為他說他怕客人穿著內褲來開門! 第3、第4天房卡放桌上要大家自己拿!一群上年紀的長輩,擠成一團,因為字很小,大家找得很辛苦! 任何一位團員問集合時間或是其他事項,陳領隊一律回:「我剛才已經說過!」有一位媽媽還要解釋沒聽到是因為幫孩子處理事情! 有團員問可以帶牛肉嗎?陳領隊回:「日本又不是疫區!」試問這就是自稱拿到第三名專業導遊的專業? 忘了提醒在秋田買桃子的事,陳領隊說因為被人插話所以忘記,這是要大家把箭頭指向某人嗎?我回應陳領隊不要推卸自己忘記的事,陳領隊竟然對我大聲吼說是有人打斷他本來要說的話,然後裝可憐拿麥克風大叫說:「妳們又在罵我!」陳領隊演得很專業! 可悲 雄獅旅天下竟有如此專業的領隊!只有在免祱店服務最好,有人說忘了買一樣東西,陳領隊馬上放下整團團員自行參觀鹽竃神社,去幫一位團員採購!完全無視其他團員權益! 貴公司行程一向是本人旅遊首選,陳柏x領隊以上言行本人無法接受!期盼貴公司對於陳領隊加強教育並給予懲罰!

我目前人在韓國釜山,我沒看過這麼離譜的行程規劃與導遊,首先你們安排紅眼班機,一到韓國後,導遊居然說目前太早所以沒有景點也沒有旅館可去,因此直接把整團的人拉車拉到行程沒有出現的三溫暖要我們自費上去休息睡覺到中午集合後再出發,不願意上去的人得自己再寒風之中等待時間到來,連遊覽車都上不去,搞得遊客得強迫接受,如果是這樣中午才能開始跑行程的話,你們是不是應該就不要安排遊客搭乘半夜的飛機一早到韓國,弄得遊客為了搭飛機整晚沒睡,到了韓國還不能好好休息,把整個出發時間改成早上的飛機,中午到達是不是都不會有這些問題產生? 第二截至目前第二天為止,全團的人沒有一個人有導遊的聯絡方式,試問這些資訊不是在機場碰面時,導遊不就應該馬上提供給全部團員知道不是嗎? 第三每到一個地方的景點,導遊就強迫所有人下遊覽車,有些年紀比較大或是腿腳不利落的遊客不想下車要求待在遊覽車上還不行,請問一下遊覽車是我們承租的,我們要怎麼利用只要不違反整個行程規劃應該都沒關係吧,憑什麼一定要下來?而且真的下車後,導遊什麼安排與講解都沒有,就直接原地解散要團員幾點集合,連該怎麼走該去哪都沒交代,然後導遊人就整個不見蹤影了,不就還好還有領隊在旁邊能夠協助,否則這邊是哪要去哪該怎麼走迷路了該怎麼回來都不知道。 以上這三點是目前整個旅行一天半之中的糟糕感受,麻煩你們好好解釋跟處理,等到回台後我會再另外申訴。

When the information is not met at the airport, the tour guide should provide it to all members immediately. Know? Third, every time you go to a place of interest, the guide forces everyone to get off the tour bus. Some tourists who are older or have bad legs do n’t want to get out of the car and ask them to stay on the tour bus. It ’s our lease. 先前參加北海道的團,導遊沒有告知他是來自於哪個縣市的旅天下,所以我就先把心得記在這家了。 導遊人很侃侃而談,但是大部分人上車就想休息,導遊講話沒人回應的時候就會把眼光投射在年輕人身上,搞得年輕人撇開眼神也不是、睡覺也不是。 另外還聽見導遊竟然在背後跟A家庭抱怨B家庭,C家庭聽見問說是在說誰,導遊竟然用眼神投射說「就那一家的啊!」。 花這麼多錢到北海道沒想到居然沒下雪,難得看到有殘雪大家都很興奮想踏雪玩雪,尤其是小孩子第一次看到雪真的很開心,團員大部分都是中年的人根本聽不懂導遊介紹的歷史,結果導遊竟然生氣說「如果大家想玩雪的話那就停下來玩,我介紹都沒人聽,下個景點也別去了,商店關店都是你們自己的錯,都去跟小孩子一起玩雪啊,玩啊玩啊!這個地方我還有兩個東西沒講完,自己選擇是要玩雪還是要聽!」,我就不懂了,為什麼一定要堅持把每個地方的歷史講完?導遊不都是應該懂得隨機應變的嗎。 當時已經五點多了,導遊集合說要回家,結果帶我們在昏暗的馬路上奔了將近20分鐘說來不及了,大家一路上跟著跑,跑到定點才知道原來導遊是要帶我們去小樽運河拍個照就上車,用跑的是怕來不及趕在七點回飯店,這讓上了年紀跟帶著小孩、推著嬰兒車的團員們都很不爽,在跑之前是不是該向團員詢問願不願意跑20分鐘到很有名的小樽運河拍照再離開! 而且旅天下規劃的北海道吃食真的很差!沒有一天滿意的!三大蟹吃到飽只給烤爐沒給火鍋,蟹腳根本烤不熟,更別說在90分鐘內要吃飽了。還有一天是去居酒屋吃晚餐,就算旅行社沒辦法準備好的吃食好歹也留時間給團員自行加點吧,吃完就要走了。
