明天要入住，今天下午才通知有護理師快篩陽，所以不能入住，第一次聯繫給的方案就是提供一家不同等級的月子中心替代，說其他月子中心都在問。
聯絡人告知會再討論一下賠償方案，晚點再聯繫我們。
在我們自己找到了另一家可以接受的月子中心後，沒多久大葉客服打來說要匯款資訊，退原本訂金一萬，還要扣我們30塊匯費，並聲稱不知道有什麼補償方案，要再請示主管。
今天是大葉的問題讓我們在出院前一天還要找替代的月子中心，大葉完全沒幫上忙就算了，還在沒有得到我們雙方同意的退款方案下讓客服聯繫我們要求退款並且還特別強調要30塊台幣的匯費？
真的非常後悔提前超過半年預定，並且特地從國外回來等著入住大葉。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在參觀時，行政人員介紹的很清楚 態度親切，實際入住後，護理師對於寶寶和產婦都很細心照顧，有任何需求都能儘快滿足，而且位於高樓層，看出去的景觀很好，心情很放鬆～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 還沒入住就感受到大葉的體貼，孕期中護理師和客服都會定期打電話關心孕期的身體狀況和回答媽媽各種問題，產後還沒入住前也會致電關心身體狀況。
ㄧ入住大葉，完全就像是貴賓入住高級飯店，一到房間內就看到滿滿的禮物，房間的落地窗也讓媽媽心情開闊，更不用說客服親切的問候和服務，護理師專業細心又溫暖，不論是媽媽和寶寶都被好好的照顧，特別是產後媽媽多需要被好好關心和照顧啊～
大葉對於疫情相關控管也是非常嚴格，所以爸爸媽媽都可以好好放心。
月子餐也是豐富好吃，每餐都吃很飽，完全不用擔心。
已經不想回家了啊～～

Daye is also very strict about epidemic-related control, so parents can rest assured.
The confinement meal is also rich and delicious. Every meal is very full, so there is no need to worry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因疫情關係 大葉改由類似線上導覽的模式進行解說 但仍然保有很高的專業度 讓我即使一直到入住那天才親眼目睹也還是感到放心，餐點也營養均衡又好吃 但就是吃不完啊～～
整體的團隊都非常專業且親切，護理師每日都會關心媽咪的身心狀況，寶寶在專業建議下也養的很健康，衛教部分不管是醫師的課程還是一對一的教學都有幫助到不知所措的爸媽們 回家後一定會一直懷念??
