剛剛看到有人給一星也是客服態度,我非常認同。 昨天網路訂購要改送配送方式,今天一早就回覆我“過來前來電通知”,我的認知是他們需要備花材要提前告知,所以我就請快遞過去並且打電話,結果快遞告知並沒有營業而且電話都無人接聽,最後客服才告訴我說他們今天沒有營業。 我很不解是如果當天沒有營業為什麼沒有在第一時間告知客人,他們只有不斷的強調有公告,但正常邏輯下如果他有回復訊息,你並不會再回頭看今天花市有沒有營業。 後來,他們願意支付運費隔天幫我宅配後,我真心覺得這個花店可以長期的配合下去,所以給他的一些服務的建議參考,畢竟在現在疫情的狀況下,很多消費者會改變以往的消費模式,希望他們能多貼心一點點,才能夠更抓住消費者,沒想到他們的客服反而指責我是我的問題,說我並沒有說明“今天”要過去取貨!! 真的很無語,所以最後我取消訂單,我今天叫快遞費用當買教訓了,這樣的商家不要也罷。

最近是冰島罌粟(虞美人)產季,非常期待。雖然非花店的大戶,但對於花卉的品質非常失望。一束(十一枝)250元,屬合理範圍。但超過一週只開了兩朵,一朵還是含苞就再也沒動靜(期間也放置於陽光下);詢問過熟悉的花店老闆娘,極有可能是冷凍後解凍的花苞,也瞭解罌粟常有啞苞,或是枝椏易損傷的問題。但對照朋友在其他花店購買的冰島罌粟,品質實在落差太大。不會再回購。

也想跟店家一起救救花農,便在網路上訂了花寄到家。店家寄來時沒有箱子 只有黑色垃圾袋 花一束束的被捆著 都壓爛了 看了心疼(我花了350運費寄來) 訂了八種花材其中有兩種爛掉枯萎 三種寄錯, 詢問店家,只回覆花材缺貨(但並沒有事先告知 直接寄錯的來)說會請快遞現在來取回且今天幫我辦理退款。 等了一個小時快遞沒來,店家回覆幫我詢問司機抵達時間 後就不讀不回了 一路到等到22:00我自己打問快遞 快遞說他22:00才會從嘉義回來 ,他明天中午再來載。 23:00店家終於有回覆 說快遞趕不回來 明天才來收,退款明天才會退。仍然沒有交代清楚司機明天幾點會來 我告訴店家 這些花沒有吃水 你們讓這些花一直從下午寄來擺到晚上 再擺到隔天下午 這樣花真的會爛掉,他們回沒有關係,就直接裝起來 他們要收到花。並且回覆我 他們會再轉售這些花。 我真的很心疼這些花被這樣對待 從昨天司機載走花,我傍晚詢問收到花了沒 以及何時才會退款 又繼續不讀不回,但是ig繼續轉發其他客人的限動(原先說星期五會退 再來說星期六收到花才退 如今星期日還沒回覆) 永進花卉 打著救救花農的名號 ,但實際上糟蹋花的卻是他們!!! 店家還回嗆我說 已經收到我一顆星的評價了,我根本還沒去給評價 氣到無法去留言。 網路購花好驚悚 更令我開眼界的是店家的態度!!! 跟朋友都一致認為是連一顆星都沒有的花店

第一次跟永進買花,也是第一次使用宅配訂花(前一天中午訂,隔天約莫10點多收到),出貨使用箱裝,裡面每一束花都有單獨包起來,花的品質很好收到也沒有損傷,訂花前的溝通店家也都滿友善的

雖有幾次訂購的經驗,但每況愈下,這次更誇張,選購的花一打開葉子全掉光,可見已放置多時。原以為是顏色特殊才有乾燥感,殊不知隔天直接乾到徹底?不應該再給貴店機會才是。
