首先，原本阿嬤是沒有香港腳的，但是機構並沒有根據天氣穿衣，導致腳部起嚴重疹子，甚至導致指間型潰爛的香港腳。
原本能活動的關節也變嚴重僵硬已經無法伸直。
從無褥瘡、到五十元大小，且已經腐爛。很事後才讓我們知道。
整個過程才入住約四個月，我們很心疼阿嬤，所以已經換了機構，希望不要再有一樣的狀況發生。
