★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desserts are fantastic, but you can only get it Togo or have them in front of the counter. It is not where you will actually be seated.
The Japanese sweet treats are definitely delicious, highly recommend to wrap up a few if you are in the neighborhood.

Curry in a Japanese tea shop? Yes please.
There are veggies, rice, curry with beef and some roasted almond on it... it’s magical. I couldn’t put my finger on it but probably because I was too busy stuffing my face.
I’ll come back for brunch soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Japanese-style curry I had tried in Taiwan. The place is also very beautiful and calm, nice tea and coffee drinks. A bit far from Taipei city center, but that makes it interesting as it stands on a little lake side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want a nice floor seat, be sure to request it when you make a reservation! The curry is the best I've ever had in Taiwan, very rich flavor and the meat is so good. Our favorite wagashi here is the passion fruit, yuzu, and persimmon. The apple cake is really tasty too. I wasn't a huge fan of their matcha but the roasted brown rice tea and hojicha are really nice. There's a park nearby for a relaxing walk afterwards. Only 4/5 stars because I there are other wagashi places in Taipei with better, stronger flavors and there aren't many options. It's still worth going especially if you sit on a floor seat :)
