總體來說 還算不錯
願意之後來嘗試其他餐點

蛋花湯 輕淡但是還是有味道 蛋花實在 不會像有些蛋花薄 雞腿皮脆多汁不乾

招牌麵$55：加了叉燒、半顆滷蛋、火鍋蝦球丸、紅蔥頭、紅色甜醬的油麵，非常有古早味的乾麵，但對於不愛吃火鍋料和油麵的我...?，下次會再試試看招牌的魯肉飯。
I remember that this place used to sell Vietnamese pho, but I didn't expect the original team to become a Taiwanese snack bar.
Signature Noodles $55: Oil noodles with barbecued pork, half a marinated egg, hot pot shrimp balls, shallots, red sweet sauce, very old-fashioned dry noodles, but for me who don’t like hot pot ingredients and oil noodles. ..?, I will try the signature Lu Rou Rice next time.

滷肉飯的部分，喜歡吃比較鹹/富含膠質的人可能會覺得清淡。
嘴邊肉麵湯頭不錯，可惜是用油麵…如果用細陽春麵應該會更棒！
The price is reasonable, and the serving size of a single main meal is "just" good.
The part of braised pork rice, people who like to eat salty/rich gelatin may find it light.
The meat noodle soup in the mouth is good, but unfortunately it uses oil noodles... It should be even better if you use Xiyangchun noodles!
