牛肉麵雜記 今日前往了位於內湖的「牛將軍牛肉麵」,是2020年的蕃茄牛肉麵冠軍! 從門口看起來,裝潢的也不太像傳統牛肉麵,尤其點餐還是採用新的科技「投幣式點餐」雖然我個人覺得有點麻煩,但想來這就是一些人氣麵店的選擇吧~ 種類很多,但因為它是因番茄而紅,所以肯定點上他們的招牌:蕃茄牛肉麵 本次選擇番茄牛肉麵 以及紅燒牛肉清湯,食後觀感如下 湯的部分: 湯頭喝起來可以明顯感覺到他的蕃茄牛肉湯的確不一樣,是在清湯牛骨湯的基礎上加我大量蕃茄以及其他調味料製作而成,喝下去的確有不同的感受,但因為蕃茄味太過濃郁,可能無法完整喝完一碗湯。 紅燒牛肉湯部分,感覺也是有下過苦工,湯頭喝起來不油膩不死鹹,令人覺得,紅燒部分實在值得回味! 麵的部分: 選擇的是手工拉麵條,非常容易帶上牛肉湯的鮮甜滋味,並且份量足夠兩位食量較小的人享用,給予較高的評分。 肉的部分: 店家選用的是牛腱部位 一碗裡面附有五塊牛肉,厚薄適中,以這個價位因為價位來說,算是可以接受的份量,唯一小缺點是也許是選用清燉牛肉湯燉煮的牛肉,所以味道較紅燒的比起來,沒那麼濃厚。 總結:雖然這家店曾經是牛肉麵冠軍店,但是他們的價位與其他有名的高價牛肉麵比較起來,算是尚可接受,不算貴,適合去品嚐,也有可能是因為位於民宅樓下,租金略低,所以反饋給消費者,整天來說,算是CP值不低的麵店。 酸菜與辣椒是自行調味製作,與一般市售不同,但僅適合加入紅燒牛肉湯底,蕃茄牛肉由於味道過重,可能會造成感受不出蕃茄牛肉湯的感受。
