一直以來都是這裡定期做檢查的長期顧客,但至從上次看診後真的是令人感到失望!上一次去洗牙,醫師當天跟我說今天有兩顆小蛀牙先幫我補起來了還有剩下兩顆跟我約下一次的時間來把他補完,當下也覺得可以反正本來就是來維持牙齒健康的,到了約定時間補完第二次牙後醫師又跟我說還有兩顆要補要再約下一次,當下聽到真的覺得很傻眼⋯⋯那為什麼不第一次就直接講清楚總共有幾顆蛀牙需要分幾次完成?這樣的處理方式只會讓人想請問到底是有幾次的兩顆?幾次的下次?還是當我們大家都很有空…後來也沒跟他們再約第三次的時間改去其它院所看,別的醫師跟我說根本看不出你的蛀牙在哪裡是需要補什麼?只能說之前我的醫師一直都很固定是林醫師也非常認真負責但後來林醫師改做矯正醫師後每次去的醫師都不同,醫師也讓人感到越來越不專業!

非常不專業,拔個智齒要開證明講了好幾次,跟我說證明要等我醫生開我可以接受,或是額外付費也可以,但等到我智齒傷口拆線都拆完了甚至我之後還有去補蛀牙,這期間也都還是沒有任何結果,前前後後要兩個月吧,我真的也是懶得再提了,只是診斷證明而已也不是什麼體檢報告竟然要費時這麼久然後沒結果,櫃檯的小姐態度也是很差,好像多說一句話都嫌麻煩,當初就是看google評價不錯才過去,誰知道幾次看診下來感受真的很不好 我到大醫院開診斷證明,醫生都是療程整個結束當下就開了⋯ 難道診所流程比大醫院多嗎?

在疫情嚴重期間 去佳一看牙還是讓人覺得很安心 主要是衛生消毒和管理非常到位 雖然因為防疫安全,要安排病人的時間排開 而比較難預約,但因而診所人潮不擁擠 對要帶我家裡年長父母去看牙 真的覺得診所的作法很好 而且櫃台都有仔細過濾確診者 真的辛苦助理了! 院長鄭醫師在全副武裝,都不能喝水、休息的情況下 看診還是很仔細很有耐心 謝謝佳一的專業和衛生舒適的看牙環境 院長鄭醫師很細心又親切 專業技術高 又會仔細解釋病情 我從小一口爛牙看遍無數牙科 自從鄭醫師幫我看牙 多年來不用再為牙病所苦 手術或其他治療 速度都超快 連打麻藥都不太會痛 也不用像以前看牙時間很久很累 謝謝佳一的護士和鄭醫師 為我們全家的牙齒保健做最好的治療

診所很乾淨清潔舒服,工作人員都很友善。最近幾個月去做過清潔和植牙。清潔是別的醫生覺得清的很一般,感覺有點草率。但是植牙給鄭醫師覺得很推薦。不管是術前跟手術是都很好溝通,也會不斷問我牙齒的感覺然後做調整。住美國十幾年然後遇到疫情回來台灣終於把兩科問題牙齒治好了,很開心。期待下次回來台灣回去診所做美白。少一顆星是,診所還是太擁擠,生意太好太多病人然後很多人還是沒有保持社交距離。疫情持續擴散希望大家都安全啊!

關於這間診所,我有話想說, 我的情況是從去年12月開始在這間診所第一次治療,到今日已回診超過5次。先說結論,我非常不推薦在這間診所進行洗牙以上的治療,這間診所縱使有許多細心的醫師,然而診所的制度讓需要數次回診的人無法得到完善的治療,甚至情況非常有可能變糟,以下都是我的親身經歷。 我一開始的治療是蛀牙的補牙,但補完過了兩個禮拜後補牙材料就脫落了(醫師是因為蛀洞太大,但看其他留言似乎有相同的情況?),我馬上再預約看診,因為醫師所有的時段都約滿了,等到1個月後才能回診,但到那時我的蛀牙已經惡化,需要抽神經了,而我也在當時同意了抽神經的治療(有兩顆需要抽,此時是2月),之後,我過著一個月回診一次的進度開始治療(我預約時都是說平日假日任何時間都可以,但還是需要排到一個月後)。 因7月要出國留學,眼看時間將至,連一顆牙齒都還沒處理好,而在上次治療又因為有些狀況,需再觀察才能繼續治療,我便向醫師提出是否可以讓我的治療時程縮短,我提到在每次的一個月回診間距,我的牙齒一咬到就會痛,讓我進食都非常不舒服, 已影響日常生活,是否可讓我優先預約,但醫師給的回應卻是時間已完全約滿,沒辦法,而我又轉而向櫃台提出是否能直接約下次與下下次的治療,而櫃檯也表示沒辦法,我說明我因為不久後會離開台灣,那萬一牙齒做到一半該怎麼辦? 櫃台的回應還是拒絕我的請求,而我認清到,不管狀況多嚴重多急迫多不舒服,要在這間診所治療就只能一個月回診一次。 現在,我到其他區的診所治療,兩個禮拜內已回診三次,醫師雖然粗魯點,但我很高興治療程序是在我的掌控內,現在一顆牙齒也已處理完畢,不到一個月就可以全部結束,而我很慶幸及早選擇其他診所。 談談新醫師接手治療後跟我說的,不知誰對誰錯。他說明明另一顆牙齒還沒開始抽神經治療,為何要先OPEN,再者,OPEN後牙齒裡面是有上藥的,它挖開後聞到非常臭的藥味,問了才知道這個藥是3月就上了,藥放在裡面那麼久甚至有可能滲入牙齦,並且那麼臭藥性肯定很強,放那麼久的用意是什麼。另外,我也提到原醫生在抽神經時我的牙根突然滲血(突然超痛),當時他懷疑牙根斷了,結果新醫師說這只是原醫生抽得太深了,我突然了解原來當時的痛覺是牙齦被鑽到了..... 想想就可怕,其他還有像是連續兩次治療時麻藥都打了7針(痛了捕,補了痛),補牙材質很奇怪等。這些狀況沒有當下反應是因為現在換新醫師才開始懷疑原醫師的技術。

After it was dug out, it smelled very bad medicine. It has been on in March, and the medicine may even penetrate into the gums if it is in it for so long, and the smell of the medicine must be very strong. 從以前還在東湖路上就有看診,一開始都覺得還不錯。 搬到葫洲站後就感覺越來越差,雖然有些醫生洗牙很細心,但仍然有幾次不好體驗。 首先是在2020年2月時,當時家人在上海工作,趁過年回台想洗牙,於是我就推薦佳一,覺得幾次洗牙體驗不錯。一開始家人掛號時護理人員都還很客氣,直到護理人員以身分證字號查詢旅遊史後,護理人員口氣開始差,認為家人未如實呈報,但填寫旅遊史資料時明明是寫「14天內有無旅遊史」,家人於過年前早已回台,過年後才去看診,早已超過14天,但護理人員仍然堅持應該勾選14天內有旅遊史,口氣聽起來是認為別人刻意隱瞞且當作病源似的,明明一切都照著規則走,卻還要被如此對待。可以理解當時疫情開始蔓延人心惶惶,但明明家人如實填寫卻要被此種態度回應,無論是誰都很不滿吧(就跟現在確診康復後仍會被某些人以異樣眼光看待一樣),之後家人覺得既然對方認為自己是病源害怕,那就算了,不看了。 第二次體驗差是本人的看牙經驗。約莫一年半以前,靠近智齒的牙齦會有點腫腫的,所以就去給醫生檢查下,結果醫生看了下,說沒有怎樣啊,然後我表示會不會是智齒的問題,醫生看了看再半年前照的片子,說你的智齒看起來不會怎樣啊,於是也就相信醫生的專業判斷。但這一年多間仍然斷斷續續的反覆紅腫發炎,由於本人在外縣市唸書,想先透過預約,結果常常打電話要預約都是說要一個月後才能看,然後等到一個月後牙齦腫都退了,醫生仍是說沒事,直到近日受不了決定換家看,醫生說是水平智齒且已經反覆發炎多次,建議儘快拔掉,已經傷到骨頭了,而且這狀況看似持續一、兩年,怎麼會拖到現在,我向醫生如實道來後,醫生也是直搖頭。 當然以上事情已經過去一段時間,現在說或許沒太大意義,當時替我看的醫師似乎現也不在該診所,但光是該診所表現出來的態度、專業,甚至是預約體驗真的只能用糟透了來形容。 現在發出來也就是分享過去的看診經驗,每個人心中的尺都不同,但至少本人再也不會去該診所看診了。

Dr. Chia (the female doctor) is an amazing and compassionate doctor. She performed a root canal on me and was so careful and gentle that I didn't feel a thing. One star off for the front desk staff for being sloppy with scheduling. They scheduled a follow-up appointment with me and even wrote it on an appointment card for me, but didn't record it in their system. It was quite annoying to show up on my scheduled date and having my appointment rescheduled and delayed because of the negligence and how busy they can get.
