我的大樓的總幹事最近就是幫早班說話,大家來評評理一下!
事件1:公設有腳踏車可租給訪客用,從我開始做到現在一直說訪客使用完後要去檢查有沒有什麼問題和有沒有鎖上,可是我就發現兩次五台腳踏車都沒鎖而且還拍照傳上我們這個大樓群組給總幹事反應說早班都不沒去做檢查和看有沒有鎖,當下只回應有拍照起來,我(總幹事)會跟他說,我總覺得他(總幹事)在隨便的回應我而已!而且這個事件我(晚班)都說為什麼去幫他用,我比較好奇的是我發現之前為什麼早班都不會先處理,都要拖到晚班來,而且訪客用完的時間都在早班在上班的時段!!我無奈被念!
事件2:我很好奇這是怎麼樣的爛公司,有人就在拍馬屁的方式一直幫總幹事,秘書打上下班的卡喔!請問公司可以這樣子喔?我剛來上班時候教我的說不要偽造文書,就是有人愛在亂塗改,在群組跟大家說不要怎麼樣,就是有人講不聽,被人反應了,我還是被已讀不回的方式回應!
事件3:一個大樓門沒鎖住沒有人發現,請問事情是不是很嚴重呢?!我已經問過總幹事說那個側門故障了,鎖起來,總幹事同意我才PO群組說,就有人不聽,愛開也不去看有沒有鎖起來,沒鎖起來會發出聲音,就是有人就要等到晚班的人發現,問了早班有沒有聽到側門沒鎖住的聲音,竟然回答說他沒有聲音,(扯爆了),並回我說(聽到了就去關就好了啊!)當下我傻眼,我還沒來到我發現的這段時間他(早班)在幹嘛?!我覺得反應的事情都關於大樓的事情,安全,設備的問題!我反應給總幹事也是敷衍的方式回應!
我還有很多事情呢!說不完的啊!以上的事情讓大家來看看評評理吧!不管對或錯我都接受!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有點遜的物業公司。專員不專業而且不負責!提供的工作地點,變來變去。案場有問題被派去當泡灰,無緣無故的被換掉也毫無可以被接受的理由。完全沒有在保護員工。面試加上複試+領制服。然後工作2個整天,就告知您先不要去案場。然後過了1個多月,沒消沒習,一直追問薪水下落,過了將近1個月也沒有下文。最後辛苦5天的時間只有領到500多元。說是被扣勞健保,也沒有出示任何證據。感覺就是被呼弄了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我住在中和中安街御書苑社區,111年2月4日11:10左右,因我人在外面,朋友送了一箱雞蛋來給我,很大箱,家裡雖然有人在,就是怕打破了,我請他暫時放保全管理員室我回家再去搬回家,不料於11:22分朋友又來電告知,該社區保全態度惡劣,人不在管理員室,跑到外面抽菸,大門是開著沒關,於是就進入社區大門大聲說有人在嗎?然而保全在外面抽菸未即時熄煙處理,反而等到叫了好幾聲後才姍姍來遲走進來,朋友已經將整箱蛋放於管理員室地上,然後順便告知管理員說住戶請他先放管理員室他回家再下來拿,這是保全口氣兇狠惡劣回覆,你沒有看到管理員室已經很小了嗎,請問我朋友是有得罪你這位保全嗎?難道你們(喬信公寓大廈管理維護有限公司)是這樣訓練保全對住戶是如此般的非常不友善,難道貴公司只負責把人找來就推他們去上班,完全不懂的基本應對,當你們在與御書苑續約的時候,你們公司所寫的內容:以管理精緻化,服務即時化,諮詢網路化,訓練落實化,人力優質化,活動創意化,請問你們一下,那ㄧ點你們有做到,並不是寫好看,倘若是這樣,找一位美工設計來把網頁做漂亮一點,吸引有需要請社區管理保全的大廈找你們總公司簽約就好了,簽好約保全完全沒有訓練好就急就章推他們去上班,這樣只會把你們喬信物業的信譽完全摧毀,我在此寫這些評價是要你們改進,而不是簽約前說的一套,簽約後又是另一套作法,這不是我們御書苑需要的保全,請公司可以將該保全先調回公司加強情緒管理及訓練,勿再強行放於本社區,我們住戶已經有發現該保全對於主委及相關之委員是客氣對答,對於住戶是不友善的,我們住戶繳錢不是你們隨便丟個保全,讓我們住戶來受氣。請公司即刻召回該名保全加強訓練。
