八月份訂的口罩,一直延期,後來11月告知對方要退款,一開始說12月底前退款,現在時間快到了又說要到過年前,打去公司問,完全不回應何時退款,一直鬼打牆要我的email,請大家注意此惡劣行徑的公司。

這間公司太可惡!惡意拖欠消費者帳款。從8月中訂口罩,一再拖延交貨日期,說要退費就不讀不回訊息。打電話到他們公司,接通要靠運氣!接電話的小姐一副「我們就是沒辦法處理,妳想怎麼樣」,態度之囂張,好像我欠她們一樣!打通2次,2次都掛我電話!退費申請要1個半月以上(問題是申請了也不退),當初收錢怎麼不收個1個半月!現在訊息不讀不回,完全找不到人。外面到處都買得到口罩,卻說是廠商拖延口罩出貨!哪間廠商妳說啊!

我的狀況跟其他評論人一樣,從9月份下訂單說10月交貨,後來又說口罩管制拖延到11月底。到了11月底詢問之後卻又告知不確定出貨日....因此決定退款。 12/1提供退款帳號存摺封面,客服說14個工作天。沒想到12/29撰寫評論的這天再次詢問得到的結果是:已提報,再等等。 收錢的時候怎麼不說再等等???

根本是負五顆星,本人在8.11跟高小姐訂兒童口罩一箱,期間高小姐的line告知雙鋼印的關係延遲出貨,又於11月12日告知23~27日之間會出貨,之後再連繫高小姐都無法得到任何回應,當然也沒收到電話也沒收到貨。我一直傳退款訊息跟信件給高小姐跟蛙蛙文創的email,也沒有任何回音,跟鏡周刊上面說可利用mail與蛙蛙文創聯繫會有專人服務,根本是空話!!!! 之前一直相信高小姐說會出貨,現在連一份信任都沒有了,只要拿到退款。其他同事也有跟蛙蛙訂兩箱,到現在也沒有收到,連打電話進公司也變成分機是錯誤的,根本有詐騙之嫌,檢警單位請注意該公司的動向,12月底再不出貨就成為詐騙犯罪了。

根本連顆星都不屑給,沒見過這麼惡劣的廠商。8/6就訂購口罩,原本答應10月出貨後來說因為政府徵收所以延到11月,然後說11/20出貨結果根本沒出貨,打客服進去也只會保證說有在出貨,結果等半天都沒等到個屁。 後來在聯繫上客服就態度極度惡劣,說 你要覺得我們是詐欺那就是吧,要告就去告,到時候公司錢被凍結損失的也是你們。垃圾廠商

從沒看過這麼無良的公司,八月的訂單,錢一開始就付了,大半年過去,全台還有多少人收不到貨。收了錢卻不出貨,還推託一堆,說要退款沒退款、聯絡窗口失聯、協調會上振振有詞,實際上仍是老調重彈,怎麼樣就是不退款也不出貨,還要民眾相信你不是詐騙,那你有做什麼值得民眾相信的事嗎?

我們自8/7訂購十箱口罩,一直延遲至11/23才到貨;過程中有退貨,退款也是到12/2才入帳。負責我們公司訂購的業務小姐,人很客氣也大多都聯絡的上,但每每只回覆公司說法:因為政府徵收才導致後續出貨延遲。感受得出來業務小姐相當無奈,因為貴公司的政策方針,她也無能為力! 當初沒辦法保證到貨及退款入帳的時間,身為消費者的我們實在無可奈何!因為外頭通路非常好購得口罩,選擇性也多,貴公司卻無法確認到貨,甚至不能立即退款! 訂購當中有更改過地址,也提醒跟確認過好幾次,但貨還是寄到舊地址…可見貴公司在控管貨物出入方面有待加強。總之,等了將近三個半月,我們終於收到貨及退款,這樁超扯的交易也好不容易落幕…尚未解決的消費者們加油!!!
