我是麵線迷 年逾60仍是到處尋找品嚐! 日前一大早慕名而來外帶各料大小數碗 我愛吃未滷製大腸的麵線羹 也可考驗攤商是否講究衛生細心付出洗淨! 可惜這攤雖是未滷腸但選擇清洗較簡便的豬小腸 口感香氣略遜一籌 這好像是目前雙北業者的趨勢 都成了“小腸麵線” !傳統麵線湯頭熬製少不了柴魚 香菇蒂 豬大骨 現已省工省成本而式微(古早味費工以前還有+烤扁魚酥)麵線羹好吃與否攤商提供自取調味配料也很重要: 香菜 生蒜末 自製辣醬/辣油 烏醋. 一般來說這店的麵線羹製作還是符合現在消費市場要求水平中規中矩 雖然還不到驚艷程度!
