C	Claire Fu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中午來只有我們兩個客人，點舒芙蕾說要40分鐘，建議貴公司流程想辦法改善一下⋯一般人沒法等這麼久耶口味上就是哈根達斯正常水準，最近有草莓/香草/抹茶+巧克力脆片的新品，我們點了抹茶的覺得還不錯空間上，位子不多，吃過美麗華的店相較起來中信的點位置不太好，雖然都有對外玻璃，但位置感覺像是被塞在一小角，視野也沒有很好 There are only two of us guests here at noon. I	Isabel Liu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, and I say this for two reasons: 1. They require you to spend 135 NT per PERSON to sit there, plus a 10% service charge. Extremely inconvenient as my family had small children and the adults had to buy ice cream for themselves to accompany them. 2. My five-year-old cousin about to sit down when the ice cream fell off the cone (she was still holding the cone). We kindly explained to the staff and they acted like they didn’t care. They kept defending themselves by saying they put the ice cream on the cone tightly. They REFUSED to apologize. It’s a shame since our family usually goes there after our dinner.
