★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為優惠銳減而打去剪信用卡,但客服不會提醒你還有回饋金可使用,直到下期帳單來才知道,讓‘’曾經的‘’客戶損失權益,不過我想貴公司也不在乎反正客戶還很多。

發行前說每季配息,現在00894、00891說低於發行價就不配息(合約確實有寫,只是寫很小?),可是成分股裡的配息照樣發(ex:台積電),卻沒配息,說人事成本就用光了我錯就錯在忘記中信是財團不是慈善機構

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 保險業務員超爛,電話打來一直講,也不會說要佔用你比較久的時間,講快半小時是當別人很閒嗎??????還特別會話術唷~讓你口頭回答他問題還有錄音,代表同意簽約這份保單,我是沒有簽啦,不過我看應該就是想騙那些沒讀書的人簽吧? 電話全程我都很客氣喔~還說可不可以mail內容給我看,我想考慮,對方卻說用講的比較清楚,真的是蠻好笑的~大家要小心這類電話,以後要買保險也不會買中信哦☺️
