★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年的過年買貴公司一台JT-16102一台1/16碳刷塑膠齒小大腳在四月前以在購買的遙控模型店家維修過但沒一個禮拜機子相關齒輪一樣蹦齒之後就到貴公司五股維修站現場的師父說沒有料要機經過了1個月後貴公司仍然沒有人和我聯絡我也親自打電話和維修站人員聯繫經告知狀況後說他要查詢一下之後回覆我電話我等了近兩個小時貴公司都沒有人回覆我送遙控車去維修的相關狀況自己一個半月覺得是我對貴公司要求太多嗎貴公司的售後服務真的很有問題市面上有很多的遙控相關的產品都是貴公司代理進口很維修售後服務感到失望

The small feet were repaired at the remote control model store I purchased before April, but the related gears of the machine arrived after a week. The on-site master of your company's Wugu repair station said that there is no chance of the machine. After a month, your company still has no one to contact me. I also called and contacted the repair station personnel. I waited on the phone for nearly two hours, and no one from your company replied to me about sending the remote control car for repair. I thought it was because I asked too much from your company for a month and a half. Your company's after-sales service is really problematic. Many remote control related products are imported by your company's agent, very disappointed after maintenance and after-sales service
