一、高鐵台鐵捷運三大交會中心，也有公車可以選擇。
二、美食選項眾多，citylink上中下都有不同選項，如覺得太昂貴也可以考慮附近商圈美食。
三、距離內湖好市多、家樂福、大潤發近，不怕沒地方可以逛。
前面四個對我來說就是優資考量。
這個區域將會完全再更進一步，不會是因為靠近信義區，而會是內科最優住宅選擇。
