The shoulder and scalp was fine, but the foot massage could have been stronger. I don't like having to pay the 10% service charge BEFORE the massage. Why not just add it into the pricing? I feel that if you are going to add 10% service charge, then the service must be excellent!
I have had better massage in Taiwan for less than 1100NT.
