音響遙控器因電池液滲漏接觸不良,老闆隨手拿起工具刮除銹蝕,拿出兩顆全新電池裝上測試,並建議選用適合遙控器的電池,短短十分鐘解決問題,居然不收錢還附贈那兩顆新電池……果真是老派達人的無價作風???

我今天2021年四月11號請人開車幫我拿兩台電視去修,都是有聯網功能的電視,一台老闆說沒有辦法檢測,我說好,就搬回車上,另一台他幫我接了東西檢測,我看通電後,螢幕是原來Wi-Fi開機的起始螢幕,(本來是開機後過一會會自動關機)老闆說要換主機版,我說換了就會好的話那就換,他說2000,我說好,然後他又拿另一條機板說,這個也可以,也比較便宜,我朋友說這個很low,他說不要小看這個,這個很耐用,我說那用這個要換遙控器嗎?他說他會另外給我新的遙控器,我說那還是不要,我想用原來的遙控器,貴一點沒關係。 後來因為要等三小時,我們於是先回去了,等到時間到時,我因為會暈車,所以請朋友去幫我拿回來,這過程我拿了2000車費給朋友,電視拿回來後,意外朋友拿了一個新遙控器給我,我心覺不妙,等到跟別的朋友一起打開電視,熟悉的畫面全都消失了,我打電話給老闆,他說沒有Wi-Fi連網囉,我說那修這樣子的電視要幹麻?他說我同意了,我說你通電給我看時,是原來的點選螢幕,但現在根本不是這樣,他又說你同意修了,我說我現在家裡這種螢幕都丟在地上不用,我因為沒裝第四台所以用聯網電視看節目......他說已經跟你說外面沒原廠的零件..... 我想我是知道不用原廠零件會失去連網功能嗎?他跟我講能修當然是恢復原狀啊!我請人上高速公路去送修,然後修成一台我已塵封三台的同類型不能聯網的電視。然後去拿時因為我容易暈車沒前往,老闆就說已同意修了,拿時我朋友也不知道我有連網功能,就同意拿回了。 但我想問老闆你,你知道修好時,會失去電視原有的部分功能吧!你卻從沒提過,我問修得好?你說沒問題,你覺得聯網電視失去連網功能算是修好嗎?你覺得這樣算誠實嗎?˙ 後記: 同一天下午8:35分,我剛看之前的評論,才發現有人跟我是相同的情形,數位電視變螢幕顯示器,老闆同樣也沒先說明修理後,會失去聯網功能,客人也很生氣,這種事情對老闆來說不該也是一個經驗嗎?後來不也該對同樣的事情先對客人說明來避免嗎?他也只是跟對那位先生說的話一樣,要我去買什麼外接盒。 我沒完整閱讀完所有評論我是笨沒錯,但老闆強調自己修電視ˇ多年,真的知道送修的客人是什樣的需求嗎? 最後: 請LG原廠前來估價3200元,同樣發問是否能完全修復?但多問一句 “一定要可以聯網跟收機投影鏡射才修喔! 維修員說絕對可以。預計明天四月十四號前來住家現場維修。 四月十四號LG帶零件來維修,打開機器傻眼,說改太多了,已經不是原來的機器了,沒法修了,只能幫我修好另外一台沒被老闆碰過的電視。 慘-----

神 。真的神。整個改版 。我的主機板燒掉,跟另一個 嗯 我忘了電視爸爸說的名稱 也燒掉了⋯ 不知道是之前電視隨著時間老舊還是設定跑掉過,回來真的好清楚 ,顏色也很飽和。 問了一下,是因為現在的電視主機版比較好。(太專業詞不知道怎麼打出來)? 沒拍之前的問題電視照片,只能附上網路抓的大約是這樣的狀況。但我真的很推。 我這台LG鐵殼42寸的買10年 買大約4萬。 電視爸爸用不到3000元賦予它新生命。謝謝電視爸爸。 一分錢 8分貨 實力很強。推 強力推薦。 我看了之前給予的評價,想給予建言 電視爸爸是修 給予生命延續,不是變新的, 不是幫您修到一模一樣,原封不動。 我們花少少的錢,主要目的就是能正常看。 送原廠大家都懂,這邊就不多說。 電視爸爸有先跟我們解釋 電視出什麼問題, 報價。 (其實後來我們看到如團改開側邊也有嚇到 ?) 但是這是老機,這是維修。所以我們能接受。 出來的成品真的很優。 電視爸爸是個老長輩,如果您要的是服務態度, 那請找原廠吧,還能客訴喔。 電視爸爸是賣專業,不是賣服務。 建議如果您不安心 可以先打電話過去詢問,電視爸爸有沒有空,什麼時間方便,自己送機過去。人就在旁邊等維修好,有什麼問題就當下了解。 以上單純 是我自己剛修好回來的感受。 若有跟您感覺不符,那就是每個人感受不同囉。

拿一台電視去修 過一個禮拜問老闆好了嗎 老闆說什麼東西壞掉 跟老闆說那麻煩幫我修理處理一下 過兩三個禮拜打電話過去問 結果老闆弄不見 到最後被老闆拿去丟掉 問題全部丟給我 說什麼別人說處理就是丟掉??? 那我拿過去幹嘛 我直接拿去丟掉就好了啊 前面就說要修理了 弄不見又拿去丟掉 沒有說要叫老闆賠一台 最基本的道歉也沒有 態度真的很差很扯
