原本超級害怕的妹妹，在有耐心的楊醫師和護士小姐幫忙下，竟然安靜的完成兩顆溝係豐填，真是太感謝醫生了！

看診老客戶了，但疫情下人一多櫃檯就很亂，有預約要報到也不知到怎麼辦，沒人招呼辦理，處理不來。

在這裡植牙，洗牙都很好，醫生負責細心，檢查得很仔細，溝通態度客氣，但會持續強調自己哪些地方要加強清潔。人很多，要早點預約。

今天是約補牙看診，因我怕打針所以只能忍耐鑽洞把蛀牙挖掉，楊醫生很細心每做一個步驟都會告知安撫我不安的緊張情緒，讓我不用懷疑忍痛，我覺得很貼心，酸也會停頓，不會一直鑽，有同理心覺得很讓人安心，我應該一直都會來世展看診預約，真的很好，真心推薦哦。感謝

聽群組媽媽推薦來這裡找兒童牙醫洪醫生塗氟，真的非常有耐心！很細心還會唱歌給女兒聽? 最讓我覺得在這裡很舒服的是這裡的櫃檯美女～很溫柔又很貼心，有很多問題詢問也都很仔細回答我，一點都沒不耐煩，我忘記帶健保卡了還會特地打給我跟我說要記得帶健保卡來退費喔～看診完還可以抽小禮物?

The dental doctor will ask you to take X Ray everytimes you go and have the doctor appointment. The reason is that the clinic can apply for extra money from the health insurance department. Do rememebr to refuse it if the doctor ask for it. Tell them to take out the previous record.

Doctor was very nice, the place is clean and all equipment are in good condition. I went there for a cleaning and I got what I was paying for. Efficient and thorough service. Thumbs up!

I was refereed by a Dentist from Nangang to this Dental hospital to remove my disoriented wisdom tooth and a decaying tooth. When I reached the hospital, I was give an english form to fill at the reception. I mentioned in the form that I had a bad experince with previous dentists, and I am also afraid of pain. I guess, they didn't comprehend the importance of communication between the patient and doctor. The surgery went nice on 19th Feb 2022. But after surgery, I was just handed over a medical note with list of medicines. I was not explained about taking care of my gums post surgery. From few hours following the surgery, I have been in extreme pain. I have finished eating the prescribed dose of antibiotics and pain killer, but still I have excruciating pain. Ideally, after surgery a patient is explained what to do and what not....like what to eat, how to wash the mouth, what to do if pain persists even after finishing the prescibed doses of the pain killer. After surgery, the intial few days are very important for a quick and easy recovery. Lack of communication about post surgery guidelines need to addressed. I really dont know whom to blame. Either the nurses or doctor or any staff should have described me everything. I have to take a new appointment with doctor in Nangang to update him with my situation. Even if there was language barrier, the staff should have simple tried to make me understand the important things using google translation. I hope they take care of this. xie xie ni!
