★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 成立之初奉令與同時成立之「人文社會科學研究中心」共棲於原「中山人文社會科學研究所」（社科所）舊址。嗣本院人文社會科學大樓完工，乃於2006年11月28日（民國95年11月28日）遷入北棟第9與10樓。新館兩樓層占地近千坪，由留法建築師黃中宇先生本「法學」與「書院」結合之理念，進行室內設計。
At the beginning of its establishment, it was ordered to co-exist with the "Humanities and Social Sciences Research Center" established at the same time as the former "Zhongshan Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences" (Social Sciences Institute). The Humanities and Social Sciences Building of the Heiyuan Academy was completed, but it was moved to the 9th and 10th floors of the North Building on November 28, 2006 (November 28, 1995). The two floors of the new building occupy an area of nearly 1,000 pings, and the interior design was designed by the French architect Mr. Huang Zhongyu based on the concept of combining "law" and "academy".
