東西好吃、來不及拍照就吃光光了、哈哈~
最後還買了一包招待的茶葉回家泡~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 白斬雞好吃彈牙肉質鮮嫩!素炒金針花香脆鮮甜,蔬菜是頭家嬤的兒子自己摘種每日送到店裡頭家嬤每日親自挑檢乾淨,所以都非常鮮甜好吃,檯面上還有很多自己種的蔬菜可以購買,蔬菜真的新鮮好吃,老闆跟頭家嬤都非常熱情~

閹雞(半隻)$680
白斬半隻目測七、八斤的閹雞,雞皮自帶帶雞油香,肉質軟Q,冷盤,需提前預訂才能確保當天能吃到。搭配店家自調的蒜頭醬油,還不錯。
茶香魚片 $280
碎末的茶葉茶梗混在薄鯛魚片上的炸薄麵衣,沾點胡椒鹽伴著淡淡茶香。魚肉、炸面衣的口感一般。
白飯 $10
白飯口感偏濕潤。
用餐後,老闆以滾水現場沖泡一大壺自家茶園的包種冬茶,免費分享,包種茶的香韻在,但喉韻還好。隔壁另設有小茶莊,可去品嚐更品質更好或比賽等級的茶。
用餐環境為半開放式的鐵皮屋,間接導致桌上有很多蒼蠅飛舞。餐巾紙看得出是合併其他包剩下的餐巾紙重新整理為一包,部分沾到點辣油污漬。在意用餐環境者,可斟酌前往。

The dining environment is a semi-open tin room, which indirectly leads to many flies flying on the table. It can be seen that the napkins are combined with the remaining napkins from other bags and rearranged into one bag, some of which are stained with spicy oil.
