你們的物流和客服都爛到爆炸欸 買個衣櫃一大堆問題 時間超難約 好不容易約好時間又說要延 物流說原因是你們沒寄底座 你們又說有寄,是物流沒收 商品還沒到就想給一顆星了 真是大開眼界 然後約好14:00-18:00間會送來 結果12:00就送來了 不就還好家裡剛好有人? 太扯了吧

12/18momo購物買一個歐必斯3×6櫃子,1/5才到,是跟客服溝通數次,才到貨,想說到貨就好結果送貨直接穿鞋子進家裡,只說一句放哪裡,裝好後說櫃子少鏡子,說是出貨的問題,我又只能詢問客服,何時能換我對的商品,客服說7到10個工作天,我說這是你們出貨出錯的問題,為什麼是客人買單你們錯誤的時間,還有我只是想買一個櫃子,要花快一個月的時間才能拿到對的商品,我第一次遇到這麼糟糕的購物經驗,都說是國際家居,竟然是這樣的

買了一個五尺衣櫃 很差的體驗 來的商品跟圖片不相同 沒有鋁邊,門把也不是換成其他的 打電話過去詢問 客服表示因為原物料短缺 所以沒有用鋁邊 也把門把直接改成其他材質 怎麼不早點在網頁上說明啦 哪有人這樣的服務 你以為是八百元嗎 這是八千元 雖然不是什麽高檔傢俱 但有沒有想過工作也是要好幾天才會有的錢 這種感覺很差 這種售後服務很差 送貨人員也是隨便快速組裝 甚至木板也沒有裝平 就走人了 以上 有圖為證

自特力屋網站購買歐必斯的“三線3M防潑水蜂巢式獨立筒床墊”結果送來的是 乳膠床墊,跟客服反應後,終於將送錯的載走,經反覆聯絡,第二週送來的又是乳膠床墊,送貨員認為他們無疏失,硬要我年老的母親簽收,當場各自聯絡(送貨員聯絡貨運,我聯絡客服)終於當場讓送貨員載走送錯的,接著隔週第三次送貨,這次的送貨員身上都是刺青且態度很差,一來家喔就要求我媽趕快簽收,說他們送第三趟了,很忙,沒時等……各種不耐煩的語言及態度。我媽堅持要檢查核對床墊品項,核對後要求搬入房間,送貨員心不甘情不願的搬去房間。送錯貨品不是消費者的錯,身為消費者也很有耐心及包容心等待送正確的貨來了,結果還要面對送貨員惡劣的態度。我媽當場打電話來念我(我沒跟母親住同縣市)說以後不准再買這家的產品。(客服及送貨皆為歐必斯的人員) 在此提供本次相當不愉快的購物經驗給其它消費者參考。也期望台灣廠商能提昇管理及服務品質。

從momo下單一張桌子,客服來電確認訂單時還正常,接著就是物流打來確認送貨時間,口氣不好也很跩,基本電話禮儀都沒有. 如果住得比較遠要有心理準備要等比較久,因為物流一直強調不是專車送達,要看當天司機要送哪才會一趟送. 這是什麼物流出貨安排?網路購物的時代,拜託先把電話禮儀做好.大呼小叫的態度真的很糟糕.不敢想萬一之後貨品有問題時還要忍受這種跟客戶應對的處理態度.
