★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我能理解顧客及服務餐飲業的平等對話，但我不明白為什麼我要點個午餐既然會被掛電話，之後好不容易點餐了又說我們餐點太多要我現場點？
若是有鍋數限制那怎不一開始就直接了當的明白告知，點到最後才跟我說鍋數太多無法電話訂餐，造成這樣的時間損失到底是該誰負起這責任?
麻煩貴店好好討論一下電話點餐的流程及店員教育訓練。
 I can understand the equal dialogue between customers and service catering industry, but I don't understand why I will be hung up when I order lunch, and then I finally order food and say we have too many meals and want me to order it on the spot?
If there is a limit on the number of pots, why don't you tell me directly at the beginning, and only tell me at the end that there are too many pots to order by phone. Who should be responsible for such a loss of time?
I would like to ask your shop to discuss the process of ordering by phone and the education and training of the staff.
