看電視廣告美金定存利率還不錯,打電話過去問說還有名額,去開戶的時候理專說超過300萬介紹客戶有贈禮,我看贈禮有dyson吹風機等還不錯,又介紹兩個客戶都超過300萬,等開完戶錢都匯進去了,理專才說不好意思名額已滿,要不要參考其他投資商品,前後過程分明就是詐騙集團,把你的錢先騙進去再叫你投資其他東西,我當場發飆後又把錢轉到其他銀行帳戶,一來一往浪費我們三人兩天時間跟數筆轉帳手續費,真是惡劣的銀行,才有這種不肖的理專,各位跟這家銀行打交道千萬要小心。補充一下,我女兒辦花旗的信用卡,說首刷超過三千送便利商店600購物金,結果過了半年沒消息,打客服說三個星期內會補寄,到目前一個月還沒收到,真難相信這是美商銀行的爛服務。

每次拿現金去櫃檯繳卡費,等很久我不在意,還硬把我帶去隔壁繳費機繳錢。繳費機是不能找零的,多繳就是當預扣款,這個我沒意見。但是如何繳費應該是客戶的權利,而不是硬要帶客人去繳,還說你以後要繳就自己來這裡繳,相當糟糕!!!!怎麼會有這種服務素質。 銀行小,人很忙,這些都理解。但是你們開了一條路就應該要讓客戶選擇適合自己的方式。而非這樣的處理,希望你們改進!!!! 一天到晚打電話來推保險推借錢,跟他說請部要來煩了,還是硬要打,白目至極!!!

2021/03/05 : 初次造訪,第一印象是規模相當小, 透過取號機取號後竟然連個能座的位置都沒有, 希望以後至少能增加幾個座位。 造訪辦理業務,門口警衛客氣有禮且親切, 櫃台則是一位年輕小姐接待, 不過感覺可能是新人,業務較不熟悉, 但櫃台後的主管隨即上前協助, 主管也很親切且反應相當快, 即使遇到我辦理的業務上有許多較棘手的問題, 都很快就解決了。 停車部分推薦停在旁邊的南港國小, 車位多且價格較便宜 ~
