★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家中房間服役近20年的大同冷氣老化運轉異音，透過GOOGLE地圖找尋到南港的利翔，余師傅於5/18上午11點到府開機測試確認後，由於此機型零組件均已停產無法維修建議換機，經本人提供可動用預算和余師傅電話確認後，換成同等效能但更小台的國際牌中古窗型，讓人最驚豔的是確認好機型後5/18的下午2點半就來施工安裝與回收大同舊機，不用再另外又要安排請假，真心感謝利翔冷氣空調工程行、余師傅、二位換機的師傅們。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常糟糕的廠商，約好時間遲到，先去做別人的案子，打電話問怎麼還沒到，跟我承認先去做人的案子，之後才趕過來，遲到一小時，我還特別請假在家等。請他修室外機風扇不轉，結果只是幫我把風扇弄轉了，但是馬達軸承已經壞掉了，轉起來會吱吱叫很大聲，問他說這樣不用處理嗎?他說不需要，前後維修時間15分鐘，完全沒有換任何零件，也沒有保養，收費4000元新台幣，收了錢之後原本還承諾我當周周六會幫我另外處理銅管外露重新包覆，結果人也沒來，感覺像被詐騙了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老闆很專業，打電話給他，老闆請我先視訊看冷氣室外機狀況，教我視訊現場測試風扇運轉狀況跟看螺帽有沒有溫度跟漏油。然後就大概知道馬達出了什麼狀況，也電話直接報價。
當下約修理時間ok就立刻來現場幫忙修繕，能夠馬上解決冷氣不冷的問題真的很開心，謝謝老闆?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老闆人真的很不錯，但這次恐怕是我體驗過最糟的一次，要移機，現場弄得一片糟，連師傅的檳榔渣和檳榔垃圾直接丟在現場，窗戶拆了三片下來直接丟著也不裝回去，牆壁和門都弄的黑漆漆，髒到不行，搬家的行李在旁邊，弄得上面全都是灰塵、垃圾，我一到現場整個傻眼，跟師父反應，還回覆我說，我還以為這些是垃圾不要了，絕對不會再來此消費，服務品質差到極點

更新：連窗戶都不裝回去，行李上面全都弄的一堆垃圾和灰塵，連我掛在管線上的葫蘆吊飾也一起收走了（後來才想到），總之超級後悔找這間店家服務，後來找別間在裝了一台，一摸一樣的東西價格省了一半，十一點叫吊車司機來，十二點要我們買便當給他們吃是什麼鬼
