米飯，不知道是裝盒時的湯汁，還是煮米時水放太多，有點軟爛。
豬肉煮太久很柴硬。
跟政大周邊許多的店一樣，不太放鹽，所以豬肉本身幾乎沒味道（雖然美式的孜然粉很香，但如此一來嗅覺跟味覺很衝突）花椰菜沒有味道就算了，當IKEA吃也可以。
有點殘念，如果能改善這三點的話，我覺得會更好吃。
