夏季亦不感受到明顯的炎熱
然而可能屋齡稍長，管線老舊
因此常有停電停水的可能
想要入住的同學還先斟酌以上情事

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一個學期16000多一點點，算是cp值很高的宿舍了，雖然有點老舊，但水電網路包在月租，也不用買專用垃圾袋追垃圾車，洗澡熱水也夠熱水量大，值得推薦。圖片是宿舍出去恆光橋下河堤，讀書累了來跑個步也是很方便的。
A semester is a little over 16,000, which is considered to be a dormitory with a high cp value. Although it is a bit old, the water and electricity network is included in the monthly rent, and there is no need to buy a special garbage bag to chase the garbage truck. The hot water is enough for bathing, which is worth it recommend. The picture shows the dormitory going out of the embankment under the Hengguang Bridge. It is very convenient to take a walk when you are tired of studying.
