更多完整的食記,請在Facebook上搜尋:南河雜俎(ㄗㄨˇ) 厝邊系列:有一陣子沒刻意寫下在鄰近地區用餐的紀錄了。雖然顯得地域性很狹隘,但生活總是跟主要活動地點最相干。不能老是丈八檯燈,照遠不照近。住在文山區一陣子,在有形的空間上來說,文山區範圍相當大;不過就可活動的選擇來說,相對鄰近的中正大安等區來說,那就小了很多。雖說如此,有時候不過兩三公里遠的用餐選擇,還是顯得相對去的次數少了許多。 記得高中英文老師教過個用法「對~有個弱點」,表示喜歡該物。當時覺得這個用法很妙,雖然記住這個用法,但是在現實生活中卻鮮少使用這種類似於負面表正面的說法。然而,油飯或是米糕就是我現實生活中的弱點,也就是只要是玩意兒,基本上我口味是不太拘好壞的,除非真的很難吃的那種。 這家出現在木新市場旁匯集著小攤販的巷弄有個兩三年了吧?每周四固定出沒,其它時間在哪我就不知道了。若是記得,我都會盡量去買一斤(80元)來吃。事實上,通常一次我也就把600公克的油飯給全部嗑光。 它的作法是都在現場把糯米煮熟,然後放在大不銹鋼鍋內,把煮好的滷汁與配料(香菇與細肉絲)一直不斷地攪拌,直到色澤完全均勻為止。我其實從來不知道油飯的作法,而且這和我在老家小鎮上吃的油飯也完全不一樣。不過,不管它的作法與口味有何差異,我都很愛吃。 其實這家油飯我買給好幾位也愛吃糯米的朋友,回饋都是很正面的。受限於他們只固定出沒於此,真心覺得可以弄個小店面,主力賣油飯。不過他們也還有許多小菜(對於一般市場的滷味,我是碰都不碰,因為根本看不上眼~哈哈!)
