★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小坪數居多的社區大樓，臨近大安區，從基隆路過辛亥隧道後的第一個路口左轉直直上去後即可抵達，平常須爬上下坡至少10分鐘，才能到最近的辛亥捷運站，不過這裡的地理位置算是台北市區的小郊區，空氣非常好，且近中埔山步道口，平常方便爬山和運動。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來看房發現，社區環境很幽靜，但是警衛室的人員，態度很差尤其是女的服務人員超級差的還很兇管委會品質應該要管理一下警衛室的人員
