剛知道這家時,不免懷疑在市場的攤家,許多只是cp值高,所以受婆婆媽媽的歡迎。不過,看了網上的照片,直覺上似乎有造訪一次的必要。 網上營業時間與地點是錯誤的,我下午到了景美街撲了個空,附近店家跟我說它今天在新店民族路87號騎樓營業。想來買的網友要先打聽清楚,我附的相片裡有正確營業時間地點。 我一買上車就開始吃了,淡淡的紅糟香,肉質很特別,很Q,,會脆,跟一般紅燒肉口感不同。回家後放冰箱隔天拿出,一人份200w微微微波40秒,不論是三層肉或梅花肉都不會變柴,口感仍是優的。 我個人覺得,對比周記肉粥、賣麵炎、阿角燒肉的紅燒肉,四家幾乎不分軒輊,各有優點。然而以肉質質感、口感來說,廖家祖傳紅燒肉明顯是勝出的。我會推薦,我給它四顆星89分評價。

台北最好吃的紅糟肉,這次買了無骨酥及五花肉各一斤。無骨酥充滿豬肉的香味,多汁不柴,像是豬肉版的鹽酥雞;五花肉肥瘦比例剛好,肥肉部分滿滿的油脂,如果不想吃那麽肥的可以請老闆切瘦一點的。很值得來排隊買回家大快朵頤?

一訪看到介紹來的,因為很喜歡,很快促成這次二訪,一靠近攤位就紅槽香氣四溢,老闆娘很溫柔,會親切的問需要什麼,話家常。肉質很軟嫩,即使全瘦肉也不用擔心乾柴。個人最喜歡梅花,帶油脂但完全不肥。

看到YouTube 介紹就過來看看,果真生意非常好而且一直有熱騰騰的紅槽肉出爐,我挑了一塊不要太肥的五花肉,老板也幫我切片裝好共230元,沒辦法在现场吃只好帶回家吃,雖然是冷的但是吃起來也不會油膩的感覺,CP值很高。
