新口味真開胃,酸度適中,期待出冷凍包。

這個地址原先是家「溫家包子鋪」。高中同學住在斜對面好幾年,曾經跟我提過幾回,表示這家包子挺不錯吃的。我其實對於別人所推薦的包子都是不太信的!哈哈哈。但是經過這店好幾回,當下不是有事,就是不餓,所以從來沒吃過,不知道好壞。但是我還真不記得它的店名就是了!
那是去阿段烘焙買麵包,正巧看著它開著。一看似乎比以前乾淨太多了,還以為是重新裝潢了呢。在買完麵包之後,便坐進去等著要出爐的包子吃吃,想說終於記得來吃了。
後來才驚覺原來是新開的店!因為那個動作和服務方式都讓人會昏倒。不到一分鐘前才交代的數量和方式,一轉頭老闆就忘了,又問一次。我本以為是剛好我每個口味各點一個,因此他忘了。沒想到其他人多買幾個之後,他弄得更亂。進進出出幾次,零錢也沒找對。我這才發現,原來是菜鳥。
請老闆等包子都好了之後,三個再一起給我(講了兩次)。沒想到他硬要先給我其中一個口味!我真懷疑他是不是該去檢查AD了?短期記憶力能有這麼差嗎?
外皮的口感算是普通,沒有啥不好之處,但也沒有啥優點,就是還可以。內餡味道應該是屬於沒特色的,很一般,一般到我現在想不起來它的味道!哈哈哈哈哈~
前一篇介紹木柵水煎包,雖然我覺得它最大的特色在於價廉,但是吃完之后還有點印象。這家就真的覺得沒意思了。再加上老闆的忘性之強大,這點是我最厭惡的點,因此肯定不會再去了。如果要吃包子,還可以吃就在左近的其它家:
厝邊系列:有一陣子沒刻意寫下在鄰近地區用餐的紀錄了。雖然顯得地域性很狹隘,但生活總是跟主要活動地點最相干。不能老是丈八檯燈,照遠不照近。住在文山區一陣子,在有形的空間上來說,文山區範圍相當大;不過就可活動的選擇來說,相對鄰近的中正大安等區來說,那就小了很多。雖說如此,有時候不過兩三公里遠的用餐選擇,還是顯得相對去的次數少了許多。
續篇':
不信邪
出門在外走衝,有時真的因為貪嘴好吃,而很想打死自己。
時不時會去阿段烘焙吃點麵包,開元街就是必經之路了。自從第一回吃過之後,經過基本上就當沒看到,自然會忽略而過。
有天像是中了邪看到擺在外面的招牌上寫著「新口味 川味肉包」,順時有肉、有辣這關鍵字,腦波弱就停下車走了進去。
其它口味都放棄,直接點了兩個。老闆表示還剩三個,再來就要等了,看樣子運氣不錯。
拿了之後當下就開嗑,吃了一大口吃到肉餡(皮與餡中間有點空),心想我真該賞我自己一耳光。
此時還聽到有客人問老闆,這包子味道辣不辣?(我最怕這種問題,因為老闆不可能拿史高維爾指標告訴你,就算告訴你了,你也不懂啊!)我心想,難道撒了辣椒之類的東西就是川味嗎?那就算是吧!但這辣度真的很不行,甚至比小七那種難吃的辣味包還不辣。
我只能默默吃完,心想吃個包子有時也是難事。

This address was originally "Wen's Steamed Buns Shop." High school classmates lived diagonally across the street for several years, and once mentioned it to me several times, saying that this steamed bun is pretty good. I actually don't believe in the buns recommended by others! Hahaha. That was when I went to A Duan Baking to buy bread, and I happened to watch it open. At first glance, it seemed to be much cleaner than before, and I thought it was redecorated. After buying the bread, I sat in and waited for the buns to be baked, and wanted to say that I finally remembered to eat.
Later, I realized that it was a new store! Because of the actions and service methods, people will pass out. The number and method that were explained less than a minute ago, the boss forgot when he turned his head, and asked again. I thought I just ordered one for each taste, so he forgot. Unexpectedly, after others bought a few more, he made a mess. I went in and out several times, but I didn't find the correct change. I found out that I was a rookie.
Ask the boss to wait for the buns to be ready, and then give me the three together (told them twice). Unexpectedly, he insisted on giving me one of the flavors first! I really doubt that he should check AD? Can short-term memory be so bad?
The taste of the outer skin is normal, there is no disadvantage, but there are no advantages, just ok. The flavor of the filling should be uncharacteristic, very general, and I generally can't remember its flavor now! Hahahahaha~
The previous article introduced Muzha Shuijianbao. Although I think its biggest feature is its low price, it still has an impression after eating. This one really feels boring. Coupled with the strength of the boss' forgetfulness, this is what I hate the most, so I will definitely not go again. If you want to eat steamed stuffed buns, you can also eat them at other nearby places:
Cuobian series: I haven't deliberately written down the record of dining in the neighboring area for a while. Although it appears to be very narrow, life is always the most relevant to the main venue. You can't always keep the lamp from far away and not near. Living in Wenshan District for a while, in terms of physical space, Wenshan District is quite large; however, in terms of options for activities, it is much smaller than that of the neighboring Zhongzheng Daan and other districts. Having said that, sometimes the dining options only two or three kilometers away seem to be relatively less frequent.

From time to time, I would go to A Duan to bake some bread, Kaiyuan Street is the only way to go. Since the first time I had eaten it, I basically didn't see it afterwards, and I would ignore it naturally.
One day, it seemed that I was caught by an evil spirit. I saw the sign on the outside that said "new flavor Sichuan-style meat buns." There were keywords such as meat and spicy at the time, so I stopped the car and walked in with weak brain waves.
I gave up other flavors and ordered two directly. The boss said that there are three left, and he will have to wait again, which seems to be lucky.
After I took it, I ate it right away. After taking a big bite, I got the meat filling (the skin and filling are a little empty), thinking I should really give myself a slap in the face.
At this time, I heard a customer asking the boss, is this steamed bun spicy? (I'm most afraid of this kind of problem, because the boss can't tell you the Scoville indicator, even if you tell you, you don't understand it!) I thought to myself, is it Sichuan flavor that is sprinkled with peppers? That's it! But the spiciness is really not good, even less spicy than Xiaoqi's unpalatable spicy buns.
I can only finish it silently, and sometimes it's hard to eat a bun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雖然以價格來看包子偏小顆,然而它每一粒包子裡面不管是什麼餡料都很滿,皮不厚但仍然有彈性(個人喜歡)吃起來就很滿足!
喔老闆(夾)動作很快!你說要什麼他就夾到盤子給你了~
特別推一下紅豆、高麗菜、鮮肉包子
他還賣一些滷味,豆乾味道一般但海帶跟甜不辣很不錯~
Although the buns are relatively small in terms of price, each bun is full of fillings, and the skin is not thick but still flexible (personal preference), it is very satisfying to eat!

肉包不會有什麼豬腥味,處理的還不錯,皮屬於適中厚度,不會太薄或太厚,整顆吃起來份量屬於偏小顆一點的包子
正常成人吃個2-3顆沒問題
滷味裡面海帶跟甜不辣都不錯,滷的蠻入味
內用環境也算乾淨,想吃包子可以來吃看看
