Tianliao Fude Palace is located at the bifurcation of the Quanshan Ancient Road and the branch Dazhulin Ancient Road. In the past, it was a place for travelers to rest and gather. This witnesses the Di Gong Temple on the Quanshan Ancient Road. Behind the temple is a century-old hackberry tree tied with a red cloth. Quanshan was originally a small outline area in the southeast hills of the Taipei Basin, roughly from Toad Mountain (128 meters high) to Treasure Rock (35 meters above sea level). The area was developed very early. In 1721, Hakka people reclaimed the area. In 1729, Jianyue, a Hakka, led a crowd to Quanshan for reclaiming. In the 20th year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty (1894), the local gentry felt that the name was indecent and requested that it be changed to Wenshanbao. The prefecture system was implemented on October 1, 1920. Wenshan County was established. The county office was located in Xindian. The jurisdiction is now Xindian District, Shenkeng District, Shiding District, Pinglin District, Wulai District, Wenshan District, Taipei City, etc. Ground. In the 1990s, the Muzha and Jingmei districts of Taipei City merged into Wenshan District.
