山東饅頭是有一層層的那種,現在很難找到! 肉包內餡品質很好,包子的外皮有點太大,但整體還是好吃(其實皮不用這麼厚?) 雖然吃了有些容易脹氣...還是很值得買來一吃!

皮有標準山東鹵水感,可是肉包咬了三口都一半了還沒咬到肉,空洞也未免太大,不過肉餡的品質是肯定的,醃的恰道好處,要是再飽滿一些就好了。 花捲的話饅頭部分是有嚼勁跟山東差不多,部分蔥末不知為何咬起來像蒸饅頭鋪的那層紙的感覺。 山東饅頭就是正港的山東饅頭,喜歡那嚼勁及微鹹的口感絕對必買。

為什麼沒有宅配?因為此間店只有老闆跟老闆娘兩人做早餐也做包子饅頭,沒有另請員工而且他們也沒義務要順應現在的趨勢做宅配。完全純手工,豆漿也自己磨,一天工作超過12小時臉不臭才怪!外面現在哪裡有這種手工山東饅頭這種價位?三十年來漲幾塊錢,味道沒變過,在經濟不景氣的當今有多少家庭因為有這種店家的存在獲得溫飽?請不要用現代人3c中毒的高標腦袋來挑惕一間三十年老字號店家,這不是網美店!要宅配要衛生要服務難不成還要排版打卡?抱歉這邊都沒有!如果喜歡真實不做作的人情味,喜歡吃下知道自己吃了什麼東西不會食物中毒的美味,請一定要去一趟。(我只是個從小吃到大,講話不會包裝只講實話的人)
