This temple is quite spectacular from a distance, with the stance of a large temple, but also from a close view, especially in the beams and pillars. In the third year of Emperor Wenzong Xianfeng of the Qing Dynasty (1853), the situation in Taipei was severe. The people of the three surnames decided to separate their families to avoid disaster and took out the three sacred objects: the statue of Gong Gong, the statue of Mrs. Ma, and the incense burner. People with the surname surnamed Ji Gong (today Jingmeijiying Temple), people surnamed Lin (Today Bandung Jiying Temple), people surnamed Zhang got incense burner (today Muzha Jiying Temple). Each of the three surnames invited artists to sculpt the remaining deities that were lacking in order to build temples for worship. In the second year of Emperor Muzong of the Qing Dynasty (1863), a person surnamed Lin established a temple in Sankuai (near the substation of Wenshan District of Taipower Company today). The land was offered by local gentry Lin Jinlong in the tenth year of the Japanese rule (1921). The temple was built on the current site and renovated in 1947; it was rebuilt in 1985, and the first floor was planned as the Limin Activity Center, and the second floor and above were dedicated to gods.
