旁邊穿著制服的店員因為下班了，所以不能協助處理
只能嚴肅告知排隊客人 ”我下班了“
日本企業的認真（一人處理排隊人龍）與實事求是（我下班了不能處理）
這是我們台灣企業應該學習效法的

The counter clerk must handle all the queuing customers by himself
The clerk in uniform next to him cannot help because he is off work.

The seriousness of Japanese companies (one person handles long queues) and seeking truth from facts (I can't handle it after get off work)
