雖然是別人送的彌月蛋糕但愈吃愈不滿。蛋糕體乾而且不綿密,沒有長崎蛋糕特有的滋味和口感,難以下嚥 可能是台中的長崎蛋糕等級太高所以才有這種落差感

You can hard to find an authentic Castella in Taiwan! Just as same as what I got in Japan, or even better! The atmosphere here is awesome too! The staff are friendly and you can ask them anything about their outstanding cake!

It is very near the Jingmei MRT exit no.2. The shop looks so different from the rest of the neighbors that you won't miss it if you are already on the street. It is Japanese style, and the deco is very zen. The moment you walk in, a strong sweet honey smell will come and surround you. They make the castella in the traditional handicrafts way where no additives or flavoring is added. There are only three variants, the classic, the matcha, and the weekend only less sweet version. Be sure to boom ahead or your preferred variant may be run out by early afternoon.
