★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 公司毫無制度，且上下主管溝通不良，且未站在勞方權力去爭取應有權力，且偏頗放任老員工，完全無專業在職訓練與督導之職責，薪資完全違反基本勞資時薪(TWD$:110~120元，與今年正式公佈基本時薪TWD$:140元完全離譜)。且上級主管完全不專業鼓動員工做完全違反管委會條例之事!?事發再退卸給員工承擔，加上職場歧視!又超收健保費…
The company has no system, and the communication between the upper and lower supervisors is poor, and it does not stand by the power of the labor to fight for the right, and it is biased to let the old employees, completely without professional on-the-job training and supervision responsibilities, and the salary completely violates the basic labor hourly wage (TWD$: 110~120 yuan, which is totally outrageous from the official announcement of the basic hourly salary of TWD$:140 this year). Moreover, the superior supervisor is completely unprofessional to encourage employees to do things that completely violate the regulations of the management committee!?
