★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 透過foodpanda外送，其中一碗烏龍麵湯汁灑在塑膠袋裡，全部流光。跟店家反映問題，來回溝通了10分鐘（超沒效率），聲稱店長的人，還不願意重送。態度極差，一直跟我說，他出餐時包好好的，但問題是，我們拿到後，湯整個灑出來。溝通過程，店長還說，我現在只有我一人，沒辦法送，到最後跟我說要退費，完全不想處理
的態度，令人無法接受。你們店家跟熊貓合作，你們完全沒辦法解決嗎？
補充說明：這單已經遲到15分鐘，這種惡劣態度+低質服務令人無法相信
Delivered through foodpanda, one of the bowls of udon noodle soup was sprinkled in a plastic bag, all flowing. Reported the problem to the store, communicated back and forth for 10 minutes (super inefficient), claiming that the store manager is not willing to resend it. The attitude was extremely bad, and he kept telling me that he packed his meals well, but the problem was that after we got it, the whole soup was spilled out. During the communication process, the store manager also said that I am the only one and I can’t deliver it. In the end, he told me to refund the fee and didn’t want to deal with it at all.
The attitude is unacceptable. Your store is cooperating with Panda, can you not solve it at all?
Supplementary note: This order is 15 minutes late. This bad attitude + low quality service is unbelievable
